✔ DATE: August 29 – September 2 2021

✔ LOCATION: CAR Sangalhos, Portugal

✔ PARTICIPANTS: Federations and/or Clubs

✔ AGE: 9 years and older.

✔ REGISTRATION: Registration form must be sent until August 15. Registrations will only be accepted after submission of bank transfer of payment of the training camp and 50% of accommodation. In case of a participant withdrawal before August 15 (with valid justification), the deposit will be refunded. In case of absence of the camp or withdrawal after August 13, this deposit won’t be refunded. A proof of payment of the remaining 50% has to be made up to the moment of the check in. We’ll accept a maximum of 60 gymnasts. If more gymnasts show interest in register, we’ll have a waiting list, by order of contact (no extra costs).

✔ PRICES:

Gymnasts:
PACK A 160 euros per gymnast without lunch;
PACK B 190 euros per gymnast with lunch;
PACK C 530 euros with accommodation (double/triple room) and meals;

Coaches:
- under consultation.

✔ TRANSPORTATION: LOC will provide free transport from/to Porto airport-hotel and from/to hotel-competition hall if delegation stay at organization hotel at least 3 nights. If delegation decide to book another hotel, no transportation will be provided. LOC will provide transport from/to Lisbon airport with additional cost.

✔ FAREWELL PARTY: The final banquet and farewell party will be at Monday after the competition. It´s included for all participants. The inscription must be done at nominative form.

✔ INSURANSE: All participants are responsible to have the necessary coverage in case of accidents or illness. LOC will not be held responsible for: any liabilities in case of accidents, illness, repatriations or any loss of properties.

✔ VISA: Please verify immediately with your travel agent, the Embassy or Consulate in your country if a visa is required for you to travel to Portugal. The request must include the function, full name, gender, date of birth, citizenship and passport number, passport expiry date, the arrival and departure dates of delegation members as well as the city the visa application support letter must be sent to.
